Google Reviews And Customer Messaging
NovaFlip is intended to help businesses ask for honest customer feedback. Businesses remain responsible for complying with Google review policies, SMS rules, customer-consent requirements, advertising rules, and any laws that apply to their own customer communications.
SMS Text Messaging Terms
NovaFlip SMS is operated by DDT LIMITED. Messages may include requested information, demo links, appointment confirmations, missed-call follow-up, onboarding details, and support messages related to NovaFlip.
You can opt in by submitting the optional SMS consent form on our website, verbally agreeing during a phone call, or asking us to text you information. The SMS checkbox on our website is unchecked by default and is separate from any promotional consent. NovaFlip does not use this form to request promotional SMS consent.
You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from NovaFlip unless you ask us to resume or opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 messages per month, depending on your enquiry, appointment, onboarding, or support request. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Intellectual Property
The NovaFlip website, branding, copy, designs, and service materials belong to DDT LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reuse them without written permission.
