SMS Terms

These SMS Terms explain how NovaFlip may send text messages to business contacts who consent to receive them.

Program Name

NovaFlip SMS is operated by DDT LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06287832. Registered office: 27 Vicarage Road, Tean, Stoke-On-Trent, England, ST10 4LE.

Message Types

Messages may include requested information, demo links, appointment confirmations, missed-call follow-up, onboarding details, and support messages related to NovaFlip.

Consent

We send SMS only when you have agreed to receive messages from NovaFlip, such as by submitting the optional SMS consent form on our website, verbally confirming during a phone call, or asking us to text you information. The website SMS checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively selected before SMS consent is recorded.

NovaFlip does not use the website SMS opt-in form to request promotional SMS consent.

Frequency And Charges

Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 messages per month, depending on your enquiry, appointment, onboarding, or support request. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

Opt Out

You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from NovaFlip unless you ask us to resume or opt in again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
